  • Our prices start from £90 + VAT, depending on the situation of the property and the length at which it has been affected by pests. Our inspectors will investigate the situation and once the amount of work required is known, we will immediately proceed to carry out a quotation.
  • We offer our prices based on market research and in direct comparison with different competitors. We do our best to make them as affordable as possible.
  • We are not expensive, nor are we the cheapest. This is because for us, it is much more important to offer the best possible service to our customers.

How quick can you come in case we have an emergency?

It depends on the type of warranty:

  • If you acquired a Premium Service, your call out status will be marked as top priority, which means we will be there in a 24-48h window at most, and sometimes it can be quicker.
  • If you acquired a standard warranty, you will get a call out for emergencies in a window of 5 days maximum, depending on the availability of our technicians. It can be less.

What happens if pests reappear after the treatment?

  • It is very unusual for this to happen after our treatments, however, not impossible, due to the fact that there are factors no pest control company can control. In these extraordinary cases, we will be happy to offer you a warranty and a free call out.

How does the 24h customer emergency service work?

  • We have 24h customer service availability, which means one of our admins will always be available to respond your enquiry.

How long does the inspection and treatment take? When can we start?

  • The inspection takes around 20 minutes or so, depending on the size of the property.
  • For a complete treatment, we normally proceed with two sessions, but sometimes we may need more, depending on what kind of infestation we need to deal with. A basic session takes approximately 30-40 minutes, but sometimes we will need to work more than 2h if the pest issue is significant.

– To qualify for a cash-back you need to purchase at least 6 months warranty service

– You must ask for it after our 2nd treatment and only within the warranty period. The warranty period starts after the 2nd treatment is finished

– No other pest control company must be involved in our treatment as long as we are responsible for solving your pest problem. We do not accept the involvement of other companies in our process

– If after the 5th call out, we are not able to resolve the problem, we will proceed with the refund of the service- However, if the treatment helped eliminate the pests and we can prove that we eradicated the majority of the infestation, we will issue you 50% of the total cost, as we will cover part of the expenses
