– You must ask for it after our 2nd treatment and only within the warranty period. The warranty period starts after the 2nd treatment is finished

– No other pest control company must be involved in our treatment as long as we are responsible for solving your pest problem. We do not accept the involvement of other companies in our process

– If after the 5th call out, we are not able to resolve the problem, we will proceed with the refund of the service- However, if the treatment helped eliminate the pests and we can prove that we eradicated the majority of the infestation, we will issue you 50% of the total cost, as we will cover part of the expenses
